Dr. Adrian Muscat Azzopardi is one of the managing partners in Muscat Azzopardi and Associates ( www.ma-advocates.com ), a leading commercial law firm in Malta. Adrian is specialised in maritime law and electronic money. Adrian advises on Ship registration and administration, yachting including all services related to superyachts and electronic money licences. Adrian speaks fluent Maltese, English, Italian, French and Spanish.

Dr. James Muscat Azzopardi is the other managing partner in Muscat Azzopardi and Associates. James is a corporate lawyer specialised in international contract law and finance, with a particular interest in fund work and Islamic finance. James advises on company law issues and online gaming. James is fluent in Maltese, English, Italian and Spanish, and is conversant in French.

Claudio Tonolla is a Swiss national and has several years of experience in banking and wealth management within Swiss banks, including Banca Svizzera Italiana (BSI). Claudio is primarily responsible for our Italian and Swiss markets, and is in Switzerland and Italy at least once every three weeks. Caludio speaks fluent Italian, English, German and French and is fully conversant in Spanish and Portuguese.

Dr. Ivan Vella is one Malta's foremost commercial lawyers and lecturers, specialising in international and shipping law. Ivan advises on all international law issues and on shipping law, registration and administration. Ivan speaks fluent Maltese, English and Italian and has a good working knowledge of French.
